Amazing Natural Ways to Whiten Teeth at Home Just in Minutes
Whiter teeth, like thick, shiny hair, today many people want in our cosmetics world. In fact, Americans spend more than $ 1.4 billion on over-the-counter teeth whitening products every year, which is a fair amount of money just to get a different shade of color. I’m the first to admit that I’ve tried the over-the-counter whitener. I even paid for having my dentist do it once. It worked for a while, but my teeth became so fragile that I could not stand it. I also felt that I did not really have to be so obsessed with the color of my teeth that I paid a lot of money for a bunch who knows what hurt my teeth. I was looking for natural alternatives. With some patience, I think that you can restore the whiteness of your teeth, of course. They may not be scary, skeptical, horny when they’re white, but they’ll look like they’re taking care of your pretty pearly white instead of bleaching them like crazy.
Why do the teeth turn yellow?
To know how to whiten our teeth, we need to know why they turn yellow in the first place. There are many factors, including genetics, what type of food and drink you consume and how well you practice oral hygiene. A tooth consists of 4 tissues: tooth enamel, the strong white coating that protects the tooth, the dentin that retains the enamel and is a hard yellow material that transports the nerves, the pulp, the center tooth and contains blood and lymph vessels and cement covering the tooth root.
Enamel and dentin play the biggest role in color. Some foods and drinks will stain the enamel directly, but over time, the two main culprits are unpleasant foods and drinks that break up the enamel and weaken the enamel in old age. When the enamel breaks, it reveals the yellow dentin underneath. These remedies will focus on the whitening of teeth that have already lost some white enamel, but it’s also good to remember that doing things to strengthen the enamel is so important that it prevents rotting anymore. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure (or whitening!)
1. Baking soda and lemon juice paste
Baking soda is no surprise here. Sodium bicarbonate (its official name) is slightly abrasive; Gently wipe surface stains to whiten teeth. It’s also very alkaline (the opposite of acid), so I think that if you have a very acidic mouth or a lot of acids, it might help balance the pH, which would be helpful as the acid breaks the acid. Enamel: This is pure speculation on my part. It will also reduce the acidity of the lemon juice, which acts as a natural whitener of all kinds. I use a mix of baking soda and water a few days, and I use lemon juice in others because I do not want to exaggerate.
You Will need …
– Several teaspoons of baking powder
Lemon juice or water to form a paste
-A toothbrush
addresses
Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Clean your teeth and any extra saliva with a paper towel. Put a good amount of dough on the toothbrush and apply.
Leave the paste for 1 minute, then rinse it to prevent the acid from attacking the enamel. If you only use water, you can use it for up to 3 minutes.
2. Strawberry peeling, salt, and baking soda
Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, which can help reduce plaque that causes yellowing of the teeth. It also has an enzyme called malic acid, which can help eliminate surface stains. Salt acts like a rubbing off part of the dough, physically rubbing dirt that creates stains, and baking soda is an extra touch that you can choose to put aside if you prefer (I like to add something to that looks at my teeth).
You Will need …
-1-3 big strawberries
-A pinch of salt
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
Note: You can use any pasta after you have brushed your teeth at night.
Will these remedies guarantee ridiculously white teeth in one week? You may notice the difference, but it will not be as fast as commercial products. Will your teeth end up being so white that people squint when you open your mouth? No. And I like it better. I’ve discovered that since I use them, my teeth are whiter, my mouth feels generally healthier and my life does not seem to have whitened. We live in a world where faces (and teeth) are painted with a photo and celebrities covered in make-up set the standard of our appearance and make life difficult for people who like real people. As a result, we seem to forget what’s good for us and spend a lot of money just to see the ideal. If you are natural here, you can save money for something else, feel better and have a healthier mouth (and health is ultimately a true beauty).
Tips for teeth whitening
– routine. Set up a routine with these resources and stick to it, regardless of the cost, to make the most of it.
– Although it is not “natural”, for example, the use of 3% hydrogen peroxide (I repeat 3%) as a mouthwash can lighten the teeth during the oxidation process. It is a penniless active in many OTC whitening kits, but it is often found in much higher (and expensive) combinations.
– It’s pretty well known and challenging in the world today, but try to avoid dark drinks like cola and coffee that stain your teeth.
You Will need …
-1-3 big strawberries
-A pinch of salt
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

Crush the berries in a mass and add a pinch of sea salt and ½ teaspoon of baking soda if you use it. Wipe off extra saliva from your teeth with a paper towel, then apply a good portion of the mixture to a toothbrush and apply. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes and then rinse. Do that every night.
3. Rinse with coconut oil
I know it sounds totally crazy (I thought it would be crazy if I read it for the first time), but rinsing my mouth with coconut oil is a unique and ancient remedy that people swear to lighten. This does not seem to be the most enjoyable thing in the world, but I’m not really interested in the taste, and I think it makes a difference in the color of your teeth. This will not make a difference, for example, by “fading”, but the lauric acid in coconut oil can remove teeth from bacteria on the plate and cause them to turn yellow. It should also promote healthy gums and keep your breath fresh.
Will need …
– About a tablespoon of coconut oil
addresses
In the morning, before brushing your teeth, take a spoonful or a little less (depending on the size of your mouth) coconut oil. You can soften it or just put it in your mouth (usually I do that and just let it soften). Push, shake and “pull” the oil through the teeth for 10-15 minutes, spit it out, rinse it with water and brush your teeth.
